Terms of Service

You need an account to order. We verify it with a one-time code sent to your email, so keep access to that inbox secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One person, one account. Accounts created to farm coins will be suspended and their balances removed.

• Coins are a loyalty reward. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or sold, and are not a stored-value wallet.
• You can spend coins on up to 25% of an order, on carts of PKR 500.00 or more. Per-order and monthly limits also apply and vary by account level.
• Coins earned from partner offers are held pending until the partner confirms the task. If a partner reverses a completion — for example because it was fraudulent or incomplete — the matching coins are reversed too.
• Unused coins expire 6 months after they are earned.
• If an order or item is cancelled, coins spent on it are returned to your balance.

• An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when the seller confirms it — sellers have 24 hours to respond, after which the order is cancelled automatically.
• Delivery is PKR 250.00 per order within our delivery area, currently Karachi.
• Payment is cash on delivery, or bank transfer with a receipt uploaded for verification.
• Repeatedly refusing delivered orders may result in cash on delivery being disabled on your account.

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, you can request an exchange within 5 days of delivery. You will be asked for photographs. Our team reviews each request, arranges collection, and confirms a replacement.

This is an exchange programme, not a general right of return — we do not accept change-of-mind returns on delivered items. Nothing here limits any rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.

• Sellers apply with business details, CNIC and bank details, and can list only after approval.
• New and edited listings are reviewed before they go live. We may reject or remove anything misleading, unsafe or illegal.
• Commission is deducted from each sale at the rate shown for the product's category, or the rate agreed with you.
• Payouts are made on a regular cycle after the exchange window has closed on the relevant orders, so that unresolved complaints can be settled first.
• Repeated breaches lead to warnings and then blacklisting. Blacklisting stops new business; it is not a way to withhold money you have already earned, and outstanding payouts are still paid.

Sellers may buy sponsored banner placements for a fixed period. Slots are exclusive for their dates, and every creative is reviewed before it runs. We may take down a live ad that turns out to be misleading or to point somewhere it should not. Advertising fees are for the placement itself and are not a guarantee of sales.

• Do not attempt to manipulate the coin programme, including through multiple accounts, automated tools, or falsified offer completions.
• Do not list counterfeit, unsafe or illegal goods.
• Do not interfere with the platform's operation or attempt to access data that is not yours.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, and remove coins obtained in breach of them.

Products are supplied by independent sellers. We operate the marketplace, review listings, and run the exchange process, but we are not the manufacturer. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
